 How do I reserve EMS DJ a Fort Wayne Wedding DJ for my date:

Place your dj rental online at www.EMSServices.info. Placing your order online is easy, fast and on your own time. To place the order online, follow these three easy steps.

Step One, place your start date as your wedding date and end date as your wedding date.

Step Two, enter the quantity of 1  for your event and click rent.

Step Three, check out through our one page checkout with only a $150 deposit of total.

(After you checkout your rental order an email will be sent confirming everything. You will receive event reminders when your day comes closer. You will receive tracking information emailed to you.)

 Fort Wayne wedding dj package, Ultimate Show Includes:

• Unlimited Hours of Music (Max of 8 hours). *reception Only
• Elegant Party Lights. *This is a total of four led dj lights to start the party.
• Laser Light. *We include a laser light that shoots on the dance floor to help start the party.
• Up Lights. *Have three up lights set to your color placed around the room or behind your head table.
• A Professional DJ Presentation. *This means that we will have an elegant look when performing and providing equipment as your Fort Wayne dj.
• A Premium Sound System. *We included minimum of two speakers for excellent sound system quality during your event.
• Wireless Microphone. A professional dj wireless microphone is included so you can perform all speeches and toast at your location.
• Tailored custom planning forms for each event. *This is where we sit down and create a timeline of all your events. We find songs you want to hear and don't want to hear.

We can accomodate sizes with the same Fort Wayne mobile dj system from less than fiffty people to less than or equal to 500 individuals. Great than 500 individuals means that extra reinforced speakers will be needed. This is no problem. We work with many organizations that have over 500 individuals attending their event. With extra speakers at an additional cost you are good to go.

Canceling EMS DJ's service:

We do allow cancellation of any order. However, the deposit of $150 is non-refundable. Our policy enforces this because there is an office staff that has spent minimum 10-15 minutes of processing your order, calculating travel time and ensuring all your request are met. When we cancel the order there is a five minutes spent in the office cancelling the event. Since, we spend close to a half hour of just office staff we don’t refund the $150 deposit.

However, we our 100% military friendly and emergency situation friendly. That means if you are a military individual we understand time is with the government. Therefore, we allow you to move your date within six months of another date past your original wedding date. That means if your wedding date was planning for August 21, 2017. Then you would have until February 21, 2018 to find a new date within that six month period. This also means your deposit is not lost, but applied to a different date. If the date is outside the six months then you forefit on using the non-refundable deposit.

 When should I reserve EMS Dj's a Fort Wayne wedding dj

Every individual has different timelines. But, it is necessary to recommend your Fort Wayne dj wedding six months prior to your wedding date. Many brides are planners and our dates fill up fast because we have limited amount of professional fort Wayne djs. We do reserve on a first come basis. However, to reserve the dates just put a $150 deposit and a signed contract.

We have brides booking one year in advance. We say this so your not feeling worried about booking your Fort Wayne dj early.

Cost to rent extra up lights:

Our up light rentals start at only $20.00/each with no minimum order. That means we charge $20.00 an uplight rental and you can choose the quantity of 1 to 1,000. What color can up lights do:

It would be better to tell you what color our uplights can NOT do. The up lights cannot do black up light color, grey uplight color or any super dark shade up light color. On the other hand we can do shades of purple uplight rental, magenta uplight rental, turquoise up light rental, blue up light rental, yellow up light rental, red up light rental or so many more. Our up light rentals can do any bright color which does enhance your event. We have a color sheet in the tab next to this one. Plus, you can match your up light color with one of our amazing rental linens.

How far do you travel?

We consider ourselves to be a Fort Wayne wedding dj. However, we have dj events in Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Miami, FL and many other locations. What does this mean? This means that we do travel outside of Fort Wayne, IN to other areas around the U.S. We do offer a travel fee outside of 55 miles. Anything outside of 55 miles means that you will receive an additional fee. If we will be travel more than five hours then a freight fee will be added, airplane, and hotel fee. We will also look at the price to rent the DJ equipment too, but freight is usually cheaper from our friends.
